The idea behind Ophiuchus is a simple one...to write a great story...and more importantly, to have fun while doing so. Ophiuchus is a Message board-based, Role-Play community in a fantasy Renaissance setting.

Members of Ophiuchus are encouraged to write stories, respond to other's tales, add character pictures and get involved with the community. We here at Ophiuchus stress the importance of simply having fun. Writing and sharing stories should be just that. There is no tolerance for ego-maniacs or glory hounds here. This is simply a theme based sharing community.

Membership into Ophiuchus is simple. All you have to do is join the forums. Upon being accepted you will be entered into a one month trial period, where you will be given a month to learn the rules, get a feel for the way we write our stories, and to get a feel of the other members. At the end of the month, if you wish to remain with us, please do so and keep on playing. If not, you shall be removed from the community.
